Bedal Basin trail damage

This is where, after walking contentedly on a nice trail through the woods, everything changes: a large landslide that roared all the way down from Sloan Peak’s west face has removed the forest and the trail. Just continue into the debris and follow the boulders uphill. When the wash forms into a narrower ravine, watch for boot tread climbing out on the right side.
