Being For The Benefit Of Mr. Kite

Being For The Benefit Of Mr. Kite

From every angle, Courthouse Butte appears to be RED. On this particular day, windblown dust in the atmosphere (above central Arizona) made the northwest flank of Courthouse Butte appear REDDER. For some reason, I had the urge to "tool on over" to a department store to BUY A KITE. I was looking for a kite with a butterfly painted on it, but I had to settle for a "skull & crossbones" kite instead. Not to worry; here comes THE SUN! March 27, 2009

Red

If I scan the what's new list of pictures, in a sea of grays and greens, red really stands out and without looking closely, I can tell the picture is most likely yours.

Re: Red

IMHO, that's pretty scary!

My objective (all along) was to stand out from the crowd, YET not get myself stuck in a RUT with one specific color.

Geez, looks like I got myself stuck in a RUT
with ONE specific color. : )))

But, it's a rather nice rut! THANKS, Judy!!!
