Per discussing with DEAN, posted this "mystery peak" as seen from the Northshore Road inside Lake Mead NRA.
The wind was blowing about 65 mph, and I was unable to steady the camera.
If you draw a line from the Cathedral Peaks to Billy Goat Peak, it would
be a match when looking in a NE direction from the Northshore Road.
Then again, stranger things have happened.
