The John Muir National Recreational Trail between Falls Fork and Laurel Fork traces the edge of the bluffs over Big South Fork. This provides nice views of fall colors both in the hollows below and the bluffs on the other side of the river. October 2010.

colors and more colors. These trees look like pine, but can't be sure. What are they?
