The route connects W Bubis and Bokos Glaciers, the latter being a major Southbound outlet for Karaugom Iceshield Plateau. Bokos Glacier is almost never ascended directly across its icefalls. Instead, mountaineers reach its upper section by crossing the ridges from the East (from the West Branch of three-pronged Bubis Glacier) or from the West (LGU Pass).
