I love the Swedes...

but, you guys come in a close second. We have BOTH fireweed & buttercups in the Western United States. The Dolomites are beautiful!

My name is French Canadian. On my Mother's side, immigrants from Czechoslovakia. YES - YOU people ARE an INSPIRATION to me! Cheers! LOVE your exotic photos.

Re: I love the Swedes...

Thank you very much for your kind comments. We are happy you feel that way about our photos. We are both Danish, but our grandchildren are half French, and our daughter is a U.S. citizen.

Re: I love the Swedes...

My father's father (paternal grandfather) was a full blooded Dane; their last name was "Jensen", but they changed it to "Johnson" when they immigrated to the US......I was noting how your English is so good......better than most Americans!

Re: I love the Swedes...

Thanks for the comment, nice to hear that you are of Danish descent. I would have thought that Jensen wouldn't be too hard to understand for Americans, there is a Jensen Road in Houston. My English owes a lot to my stay in the U.S. where I taught in English, and English probably is the language I read most (my French is still far from perfect).
