Communist memorial about the Veľká Fatra Slovak resistants during 2nd war. Veľká Fatra in Slovakia was a bit what the Vercors was in France at the same period. Note the small red star which was not removed... (in Poland it would have been since a long time !) The soviets, whose "liberation" marked the epilogue of this period, did not hesitate to seize the merit of others ...
