Compliance Problems
Big South Fork National River and National Recreation Area gets a lot of different types of users. The NPS manages a lot of multiple-use and single-use trails. But of course you have to get everyone to obey the posted signs.
Laurel Fork Trail is for hikers only. Apparently some horse riders have chosen not to get the message, necessitating this horseproofing at the start of the trail.
