Connecticut's Highpoint

Connecticut's Highpoint

Mount Frissell (south slope), 2,380' above sea level, is Class One and is our country's 36th highest state HP. My 35th highpoint; climbed on September 25th, 2010. After climbing Jerimoth Hill, I sprinted through the dense forest racing against the setting sun and bagged my second HP today. Originally missed the spur trail and started hiking downhill to the Massachusetts/Connecticut state line.
