I have to say, as an outdoor destination, New Zealand is right at the top. So much to do, so much to see! I spent almost two months there and that was way too short. So many places I haven't seen, so many places I'd like to go back to. I suggest you put it right at the top of your list and go there right away! ... oh, hold on, it's autumn there now, perhaps you'd better wait till December or so. Have fun :)
