1) Most often: from Nydek and from Vendryne via Ostry 2) from Stozek, via Soszow to Czantoria 3) Ascent from Nydek (CZ), descent to Tul and to Leszna/Horni Listna (CZ) 4) from Ustron via Mala Czantoria
