Walking across this peak has some of the best and most surreal peaks in Washington.
From the southeast
Boealps BCC climb via Lane/Denman saddle. Triple summit day with Lane, Denman, and Plummer.
of three that day with Maddie. Headed up Denman after a walk up Plummer. It was a nice easy up and down trip through a meadow, to the rocky, short climb on the other side. Very good views of Rainier and Paradise.
A nice Spring outing with Matt, Jacob and Chad.
Summit number 3 in our traverse from Pinnacle to Eagle
Day hike up the Pinnacle Peak trail then on to Plummer and Denman.
26 minutes to the top from the Denman-Lane saddle. Great day!
Did this one in full conditions after the rangers told us they "don't recommend anyone head up there right now...too dangerous."
An easy but fun one.
Nice hike up, yeti (?) fur on a rock. Next stop: Lane Peak for a fun climb/rappel.
More of a hike than anything else. But very pretty.
Six OSATers did the Traverse in the late spring from The Castle to Eagle, summiting them all. We camped just south of Lane Peak, which is the most enjoyable of the scrambles.
It was actually a little more interesting than it looked from the summit of Plummer. This was peak 3 in our Traverse from Pinnacle to Eagle.
