Dhaulagiri

View of Dhaulagiri (8167 meters) from Poon Hill. Poon Hill is 3210 meters high hill close to Ghorepani village. Dhaulagiri and Annapurna Range are beautifully visible from here. Poon Hill can be considered as a single trek from Pokhara, or can be chosen as a part of Annapurna circuit trek. Watching sunrise from Poon Hill is paid attraction and requires getting up early since the hill usually becomes very crowded.
