Think that being a dour curmudgeon has any positive effect on this community or on you and the people around you?
;) Ok, you asked! ("I can leave to your fantasy further questions of this kind ...")
Thanks for the thought-provoking submission.
boh, about 4 millions hits say someone cares about my stuff ...
your post made me give attention to you for the first and last time, I think
Although there is a pinch of truth in some of these statements, I don't like how you bashed on people who do long approaches to there climbs. I consider them at times to be some of the more die hard fans because honestly how many folks do you know who are willing to go though days of traveling though deep snow, intense bush whacks, days of enduring cold, and still climb a pretty good mountain? Is that not a mountaineer?
sometimes hiking can be more difficult, tiring and dangerous than alpinism but hiking is not mountaneering
... but the point 5 was not for your stuff :)
The second one is really funny!
not for gays ... they hate showing their husbands or boyfriends wearing scanty dresses, they only like to show themselves ;)
This might conflict with your #4
true : the first and only summit photo of mine
1/3177 = 0,0314762 % of my stuff (counting only the photos ...)
I believe this photo meets criteria for both #2 and #4:
1. My husband (and others) are scantily clad
2. I am doing a hero pose on an over-run summit
an happy situation, fine to see :)
as I told in one of my articles : ".. mountains can/should/must be fountain of life, amusement, friendship .."
your photo says just it
