One of the best...and clearest photos of Half Dome Kathy. Congrats on your first visit to Yosemite. My wife and I just got back from a three day hiking and camping trip in the Bishop Pass area. It was fantastic, but I'm glad I'll be sleeping in my own bed tonight instead of a cramped sleeping bag.

Re: One of the best...Thank you Marc! We only had a day in Yosemite but it was perfect weather with fog and clouds in the morning and then a cool breeze and not too many crowds.
I'm jealous of your cramped sleeping bag trip though! Haven't camped in ages (:

Re: Great shot!Thanks Windsor for catching my first post from Yosemite! After having to initially cancel our Yosemite stay due to my husband's health we managed to get a wonderful day there at the end of the trip.
And you're so right about the G12! Sometimes I have to check the EXIF data to make sure a shot wasn't actually taken with my T4i. Watch for more shots posted from both cameras.
If I ever get out to YNP again we will have to get together and do a day hike!

Great weatherWe were there 1 month earlier and caught great weather as well. Half Dome is a beautiful rock ain't it! Nice shot.
