this reminds meof the guy that won the Darwin award for launching to 16000' in his lawn chair with army surplus balloons filled with helium. He had a BB gun to shoot one balloon at a time to come down but didn't have any idea he would go that high. He really got into trouble when he drifted over restricted air space. I don't remember where I ever read this story or if it's actually true but it sure is funny to think about.

Re: this reminds mey Ventus glider is much more comfortable, and safer, than an aerial lawn chair, and no bb gun needed. Plus, I can pretty much fly where I want (flew over 400 miles that day, and getting aerial shots of San Juan mountains was on my agenda for the flight).
