Long tounge ..Where is the water's source?
Was there a creek coming down the center of
the canyon?
Sometimes, water can be found in the most
amazing of places - even in desert areas!

Re: Long tounge ..Yes, there was a creek inside another smaller canyon. Dominguez is sort of life a miniature Grand Canyon - you descend one layer of rocks, and enter into another one = 3 canyons inside each other.
