Not a toadThis is a brown frog, rana temporaria. A toad (bufo bufo) looks like this.
You can also tell by their behaviour: (brown) frogs are much more agile and can jump large distances, whereas toads only crawl along mainly. It's much harder to catch a frog than a toad.
Your collection of fauna photos is very nice btw, I like it!
