Evilution Direct, V11

"Evilution" is a play on the word evolution. French climber Jeremy Bonder completed this test piece on Grandpa Peabody in The Buttermilks near Bishop, California. Grandpa Peabody is over fifty feet high and getting to the lip of the 45 degree overhang is at least 20 feet. November 2015.

Thank you Silvia. I feel lucky to watch Jeremy and his Canadian friend, Sean, climb two of the hardest lines in all of the Buttermilks. After finishing the V11 overhang, these two guys climbed the difficult face, 5.11 range, above the lip to complete the line. And, it was all unprotected, a high ball boulder problem.
These two climbers are truly world class.
