this is one of the 50 classic climbs in n. america so anchors were already in place making the climb even faster, and better.

Essence of rock climbing

What a remarkable structure and bold conquest no matter how the spire was rigged beforehand. Most would not even dare to look at this image for fear of vertigo, let alone clip in and wait for the "on belay" to sound from the other stalwart climber accompanying him. Nice job!
