Looking at the ridge heading up to Forget Me Not Mountain from the saddle between it and Beartooth Mountain. This ridge has horrible rock quality - July 2012

Forget-Me-Not

i think when i first climbed this mountain it was called Drop Off. We made a base camp at Albino Lake, crossed the saddle to Jasper Lake,and simply kept walking up until we reached the cliff you see in the photo. It is a beautiful view down to Black Canyon Lake from that ridge. The glacial flour suspended in the water reflect the sky and make it a turquoise jewel.

Yeah some people still call it Drop-Off but that was an unofficial name. Nice to see others actually climbing peaks in the area.
