Freezing Below Cascade
Cascade Peak from just below the dam on Deer Creek Reservoir. -5F... I'll be damned if the shadow never left the hour I camped out there!
When looking this over I noticed what looks like power lines running up the middle ridge (the forested one exiting upper left). You can't see them in this 640x427 pic but they are there. Anyone know why? I mean, there is no town in the area except for Wallsburg but that is a ways away.
