From Cmir towards Triglav

Finally, we are standing on the summit of Cmir. It was a long route, because from Vrata valley (right below) we had to go all around towards Stanic hut and then by the SW ridge on top. On this picture the last part of the route is nicely seen. left of the mighty Triglav is the summit of Begunjski vrh. The path from Stanic hut comes from Begunjska vratca (saddle) on the very left edge and crosses the NE slopes of it. Then the SW ridge of Cmir starts - it is all seen on the picture. It is nice, very panoramic, with a few short (up to 50 m), secured descent sections. August 18th, 2013.
