Paradise !But, kind of a silly question, but how are the bugs that time of year ? I know in the Sierras they are basically voracious in July.

Re: Paradise !That's not a silly question around here either. It can be kind of hit and miss with mosquitos and/or horseflies. Hardly any bugs at all on that day, but it was also cloudy and cool; and indeed a paradise.

Lovely...Stark reality though, is the daunting elevation gain/loss to get to that pretty thumbnail of a lake , 10/10 for an excellent picture
