From the roadway

near Pine Grove camp, you are looking up at the summit but you wouldn't tell from this shot as there is nothing really to distinguish the summit. It is about 2000 feet straight up this slope and this probably would have been a better way to go than the way I chose. BTW, the peak is in the center (right), not the left. 9-21-08
