Garns Mountain Witness Marker (ID)

I knew there was a central benchmark but I couldn't find it. It was either stolen or under some rocks. There is a picture of it on the Garns Mountain page. I visited this summit with Adam Helman on July 29th, 2009. We also visited Piney Peak and Red Butte on the same day for a long 20+ day effort.
