Great country.

Back in the early part of this century, I did some climbing up Indian river about a mile or so up the trail on the right hand side. Some really nice pitches back there (when it gets cold enough). Another nice climb is at the gate at the south end of the pavement and up to the left. Cheers to Sitka

This might not be the year for that ... no ice in the Indian River Valley to 2500'+ right now! You're better off in Juneau this season. Cheers.
