Gimpilator On East Saddle...
... of Round Mountain. Approximately 4900' elevation.
We realized once we reached this saddle that the slopes immediately east of the summit are huge rock cliffs, which would require us to side-traverse around the south side of them. The rock cliffs can be partially seen in the background of this photo.
Gimpilator was busy looking for a bear whose tracks we found nearby, when this photo was taken.
