Done  Sucess!

Unlike some of the other areas in the park, no good views from this spot.

Windy, Cool and Fly Free  Sucess!

Did a loop with the Escarpment. Last nights line of thunderboomers brought 30 mph cool winds that cleared the bugs but left some mud and water. It was worth the trade.

But unlike the superlative Escarpment - Little to see at the top.

unfortunately.  Sucess!

climbed this one a few times. i will never forget the disappointment the first time after busting ass to climb the west side only to find...NOTHING. the views do not exist, which makes it more like just a big hill in the way in terms of trails. oh well, the porkies are awesome anyway :)

I Remember...  Sucess!

I remember the heat and the bugs most of all...there were some impressive stands of old growth Hemlock on the west side of the peak...but mostly there was bugs and heat...
