Granaries
Granaries
Granaries built by the Fremont people who inhabited Range Creek Canyon many centuries ago. They were built to hold corn and, presumably, protect it from a host of potential threats. There are two intact granaries in this photo and, just to the right of the large granary, another one that has collapsed.
