Grand Teton South Face

Grand Teton South Face

A view nearing sunset from the Lower Saddle. Wall Street, the ledge made famous by Glen Exum and his leap of it in football cleats in the early 1930s, can be seen just below the shadow in the middle of the summit pyramid ramping up and to the right where it joins the blue skyline and the Upper Exum Ridge. The ridge, running up and to the left, ends near the highest point seen in the photograph just below the summit. The summit is out of view.
