Hall Peak West Ridge and Pt. 5148

Here is a picture of Hall Peak's west ridge for those wishing to climb from Silver Gulch. The poorly defined climber's path from Silver Gulch will lead you onto the slopes on the far right edge of the picture. It appears that the most difficult part of the climb would be the short downclimb immediately below Point 5148. I do not know if this would require a rope or not, because I gave up on the route before reaching this point. Without embellishment, it was the nastiest brush I've ever dealt with - do not go here in late season! This picture was taken from the 4300' peak 0.7 miles N/NW of Hall's summit.
