The ascent is awesome, the trudge back not so much but at least it's a loop so always new scenery

Climbed in COBS
Stayed in the Notch Mtn. shelter the night before. After a long and strenuous class 2+ climb we were surprised to see a family with a dog when we reached the summit - they had taken the easy way up.
Lots of talus hopping in fresh 12" snow made for a very hard day. Got a little lost in the Notch and ended up climbing some icy 5th class stuff. Still a great day.
