Hamilton Mountain Hiker

My (then) 9 year old daughter Malia hiking down after a climb to the rocky cliffs on Hamilton Mountain. This section of the trail is quite steep with a lot of loose rocks and Poisen Oak along the way. She had fun identifying all the different wildflowers and pointing out the Poisen Oak too. You can barely see it in the photo, but during a break she found some deer antlers discarded along the trail and has those in her Dakine backpack, with just the two tips sticking out. All in all a lovely day for mother and daughter.
