Very cool...

I would love to see that done on more photos. It's so intriguing to be on top of a mountain and wonder what all those mountains on the horizon are.

I feel the same way. In fact, that's one of the main reasons I wrote that topography visualization program. I can create a visualization from a summit (or any location) before ever going there. From the created image, I can identify the locations that are within view, like distant summits for example. If you have any particular photos of interest, I would be glad to identify the points on it for you. I just need to know from where the photograph was taken and the approximate direction the camera was aimed.

You know, this is really inspirational as I sit here getting stuff ready to head for southern Nevada. If only people knew how great this area is. For instance, I could easily do Charleston over and over, just because it is an amazing area up there and views like this are in every direction. I really like what you did here Mike.
