well, I spent 16 days on holidays, 13 of them in Slovakia... and all the time I had all my stuffs (packages) with myself.... so, with those extremly big backpacks (we had biggest ones than any other hiker we saw in the Tatras) and without winter equipment, we weren't able to do any serious peak... but it was still nice.. we started from Tatranska Javorina, then chata pri Zelenom plese, through Velka Svistovka we came to Skalnate Pleso-Mala Studena Dolina-Teryho chata-Zbojnicka chata-Stari Smokovec...
there will be more photos from Slovakia, of course :)

snow-covered mountains. Have
you ever been inside of a
desert? Desert, mountains,
rain forest, tropical island
... what's the difference?
They all are a part of the
amazing planet on which we live

Re: Greetings, Treska ...I love snow... Snow covered mountains look much nicer than mountains without the snow. But, if you check carefully you'll see that many of my photos are without snow... It depends of the season, in summer, I'll post photos without the snow :)
Generally, I dislike deserts.. I mean, it's nice to see them, to visit them but not very often, once per 2-3 years maybe ;) Any kind of landscape is good for me at least for a change :)
