When mountains play

so wonderful music, that's no surprise, that just Mozart wrote his masterpieces just in this city. So beautiful mountains just at the outskirts of the city - wow! How much does it take from the city centre (for example train station) to the top of Nockstein? Cheers Tomas ;)

in terms of getting to the mountains salzburg is a great city! nockstein is near gaisberg and a bus is going there. i guess it takes about 20min from the city. also Untersberg can be reached by bus. Barmsteine are near hallein, about 30min by train and so on :)
