Hogback Mtn. is in sight

As SP member Eric makes his way up a snow slope, we can see our objective in the distance. No, its not the intriguing thumb like rock pinnacle and while we were near the PCT, we could not see any indication of where it was on this early June day. Hogback is directly above Eric. It had a northern summit which is almost the same elevation that we visited as well but the PCT cuts below Hogback as you can see from this topozone map. 6-2-07
