Hotlum-Bolam Ridge
The route up the Hotlum Bolam Ridge shown in red. From the top of The Step, most parties head above the Bolam Glacier as shown in blue. Staying on the ridge is mostly class 2 but likely to encounter at least some class 3 terrain depending on route finding and conditions.
