Hummingbird Trumpet is also known as Arizona Trumpet or California Fuchsia. This one was growing in Terrace Canyon of Red Rocks, Nevada in autumn 2009.
Hummingbird Trumpet is a member of the Evening Primrose Family. It typically grows in moist areas along washes and streams at elevations between 2500 to 7000 feet. It blooms between June to December.
