Ice formations on Cotopaxi

From what I had seen before, the mountain almost always disappeared in the clouds some time in the morning, often during breakfast. This day was one of the exceptions. Early afternoon I went to the glacier, to have a look. The trail was clear, there was no fresh snow and it was well below freezing, which would be good for the snow bridges.
