Initially, on a nice day, the summit pyramid looks far away and it seems to take forever to get to it. However, eventually, you will draw near to it and begin to wonder how there could possibly be an easy way up it. Being able to see the pyramid might actually give you a false sense of steepness. At least if it's overcast you can't see the danger. The easy way most people use goes right up the center gully. The Southeast Ridge rinish is on the right. Oct. 3, 1999.
