Kobarid

Nested between the long range of Stol - Gran Monte and the massif of Matajur, Kobarid is a starting point of several tours in Julian pre-Alps. The path on Stol starts just in the town, while the one on Matajur starts south of the town. This is the view on Breginj valley from the memorial building to WW1 Italian soldiers. Winter, 2010.
