Christof, this is very confusing - the colours, the fact that you center much of the text, the several listings of summits (important summits, to be climbed from this hut, that hut etc). Just looking at the page makes my head spin.
I think all the info for a group page is there, it should be differntly structured. Of course this is a matter of taste and each maintainer will do it according to his own taste but I would make the following suggestions:
Use Seba's Map from the Hohe Tauern Group page to illustrate the Subgroups of Hohe Tauern and to explain where the Kreuzeck Group is located. Place it either in the Overview or the Getting there section.
Have a look at a map to see if you can subdivide the group in 2, 3 or 4 subgroups. Make a section for each of these subgroups. You have already started something similar with your hut-sections but I think the huts serve the mountains not the other way around
There should be a listing for the mountains of each of these subgroups. You don't need to go into detail like I do but name the more important ones. You can later attach thumbnails to each of the mountains manually.
The hardest part would be about maps. I re-draw them manually and it takes a lot of time. But maps certainly help to get an overview of the range and its subgroups.
Attach the page also to the Hohe Tauern Group - all group pages are attached to two groups
And there are quite a number of typos - once you're finished I'll let you know
These are suggestions and I am aware that you are not finished with the page yet. Just give me a note when you are and I'll certainly bump up my vote.
Mathias has started with the Villgraten Group and I have already done the lists of mountains. I'm sure by the end of the month we'll have another Hohe Tauern Group Page
You have done very valuable work. 20 years ago I walked along Kreuzeck Hoehenweg, so your page brings back nice memories. Thank you! But some items – as Gangolf already mentioned – should be improved. Some parts are of course a matter of taste. On a first glimpse these items came to my mind:
-Kreuzeck Group is part of the Hohe Tauern, but it is _not_ included in the National Park. (The Park covers some area of Rieserferner, Venediger, Granatspitze, Schober, Glockner, Goldberg and Ankogel Group) so the two terms must not be mixed!
-I would not say Goldberg Group is less known than Schober Group. It just does not have its page yet.
-The double headlines are not necessary. Just leave it as name of the section and delete the headline
-Letters in bold are okay, but underlining without forming a hyperlink is confusing
-The drawing of the climber is just not my taste…
-Some typos: witch -> which ; fameous -> famous ; reasson -> reasons
Fine to have another overview page of Hohe Tauern groups. As I mentioned on several discussions, on SummitPost group pages serve only two purposes: to give an overview - information that need not to be repeated on each summit page (I like your huts focus) and to direct a visitor to summit pages. This page does both, you could only perhaps stress it even more (for example, name one of your first sections: 'Existing SummitPost Pages').
