Kulshan Cabin, July 30, 1981

My brother exploring the area around the cabin before we get ready to bed down for the night. The cabin had an upper sleeping level with several cots. An internal ladder allowed access to the upper level through a hole in the floor for protection against bears. Bears had been known to break into the cabin for food. A logbook was kept in the cabin which made for enjoyable reading.
