This is such a fantastic photo that I'm speechless! What a special place. I want to go there.
It is an incredible place to visit. I've made 30 trips into this area in the last 40 years and this picture by Matt is one of the finest I've ever seen.
Amazing photo! Really like it!
Thank you Bor, I truly agree. I wish I had been on that hike to enjoy what Matt and Tom did. At least they were willing to share their pics with us.
photo Dean ! Great colors and sharpness.
You are right, great colors and sharpness. The photographer, Matt, captured a real gem in this shot. Thank you for your comments.
Our next POW... well deserved !
The only thing i can say is: Photo of the Week!!
I too feel it is deserving of photo of the week since I didn't take the shot. I will notify the photographer of all the nice comments. Thank you.
That's a nice one, Dean! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Mark, I appreciate your comments.
Amazing, fall colors, snow, water...perfect!
Thank you, I agree, it is a perfect composition. Matt the photographer could make a best selling calendar with shots like this one.
Hey, you'll be alright.
Yes, I miss em. Normally in the fall I would be up there enjoying the golden larches but I'm in Utah where the autumn colors have been putting on a show of their own. Still.....
place and wonderful photo! I wish I could be there. Thanks for sharing, I really like it!
Thank you for your comments. The Enchantments are a special place.
I hope to see larches in the fall one day :)
thank you, larches are amazing in the fall. One of two pine tree species that drop their needles which makes them unique.
This is a beautiful photo. The contrast of the snow and the yellow larches give it a wonderful feel. However, where I come from larches are called tamaracks. Great photo.
