Re: nice....

Thank you. I have seen quite a few of them, but the big ones like this one are rare.

Re: nice....

It looked sort of like a giant spaceship and hang around in the sky throughout most of the day. It was really neat.

Re: Beautiful!!!

Thank you :) It was an awesome cloud and so big I wished that I had a wide angle lens with me that day.

Re: I like

Thanks. I like this picture too. I just wish I had the wide angle lens that day with me so I could get the entire cloud. It was massive! Cheers.

Yes ...

I used to see these clouds over Mount
Rainier - it's RARE to see them east of
the Sierra Nevada, because of the wind
patterns. Nature remains unpreditable.
One winter a few years back, I saw
"Northern Lights" here in Arizona. It
was "confirmed" the following day in the
newspaper. Very rare ... for Arizona!

Re: Yes ...

it was ! Too bad I didn't get a picture. Did
you ever get a wide-angle lens for your camera?

Thank you. I'm glad you like it. It was an amazing cloud. The largest lenticular I have ever seen.
