Holy shit on a holey brick, a page for Liberty Mountain!!! And the second WA 2kP peak (along McGregor Mountain) put up on SP in 24 hours.
I heavily considered climbing Liberty last weekend but we went somewhere else instead. Thanks for the info on FR-4111. I wondered what condition it is in.
The time to do this climb is early spring (or a winter like this one) while foliage does not adorn the brush. Devils club, etc. is a lot easier to plow through when you can see through it better.
Hi Derek! What have you been up to? Have you been to any of the alpine club meetings after the class? I have sort of stayed in touch with John and we went to one meeting back in November. He is getting ready to move down to California for school. I saw your trip report on Baker from the 80's...very cool!

Untitled CommentYou did a great job on your first page. I suppose that after a while the bushwacking stops being fun ;-)
