OSPREY

I've been working on the water for most of my adult life. Over the years I have really developed an appreciation for these beautiful creatures. It gives my an amazing feeling to see and hear the flash of thunder as these birds come smashing down on their pray with talons fully stretched. Ospreys are the ultimate aerial predators of the sea, only the tenacious pelican can even come close.

Many birds like this at home now

very big birds! sometime attack the seagul! Very interesting.

Thanks for the comment! Now that is one thing I have never seen. At this particular location I was privileged to witness the whole life process, from egg to flight. It will not be long now before they make their 1st voyage to the warm Caribbean waters.
