Lilium washingtonianum

Lilium washingtonianum

July 2006. This particular plant is growing in my yard. I'm a native plant gardener. There are wild populations on the southwest shore of Lake Tahoe. I'll see if I can get photos of them next summer if I can bushwhack my way to them.

Thank you for your comment! This Lily is unusual in that it tends to grow in fairly dry soil.
